Pump, Clean and Pressure/Acid Wash

Includes emptying pool and/or spa, cleaning out all debris, and pressure washing to remove loose matter and light stains. Does not include chemicals.

Biodegradable detergents will also be supplied. If needed, Haven Pools will ACID WASH the pool. Acid washing by “NESPA” Hazardous Waste & Water Conservation approved method. Includes removal of four (4) bags of leaves. Additional leaves will be charged $30.00 per bag. Underground dewatering not included. Diamond disc sanding of pool to remove calcium and other deposits is $215.00 per hour, plus diamond discs at $225.00 each.

NOTE: IMPORTANT CHANGES REGARDING ACID WASHING: It is illegal to discharge acid (or any other hazardous materials) to the street or on the ground. Local and State Agencies (EPA & DEC) are strictly enforcing these laws.

*** If your pool needs to be emptied: it is the homeowner’s responsibility to have a location to pump water to. If you do not have a location (drywell, woods etc.) any fines incurred will be the homeowner’s responsibility and will be added to your invoice.
