Cindy joined our fantastic team in 2018 and is currently in my 7th season here – a testament to the incredible experiences and growth she’s had within the company.
Back then, she was balancing a minor in Photography with a major in Biology. Education had always been a priority for her, and she is grateful for the opportunity to pursue her studies while advancing in her career at Haven Pools. It’s been quite the rollercoaster juggling school and the dynamic pool industry, but she’s discovered that she thrives under pressure.
She started her journey as an Administrative Assistant, where she quickly learned the ropes and showcased her dedication to the team. Moving up, she then became Lisa’s Assistant, gaining valuable insights and skills along the way. Today, she proudly serves as the Office Manager, working directly with management and the owners to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day tasks.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her time at Haven Pools has been the relationships she’s built with her colleagues and the customers along the way. The camaraderie and teamwork here make each day enjoyable, and she genuinely looks forward to coming to work.
Looking ahead, she sees a long and fulfilling future at Haven Pools. Her ultimate goal is to transition from being an employee to becoming one of their valued customers, a testament to her dedication to personal and professional growth once she graduates.
She is grateful for the opportunities and experiences Haven Pools has provided her, and she looks forward to contributing to the company’s success for many years to come.
